Can microcement be applied over an old tiled floor?
Yes, if the tiles are firmly bonded. We clean, fill the grout lines and prime – the floor is renewed without demolition and rises by only 2–3 mm.
Can the floor handle heavy use?
Yes. It suits homes, offices, shops and restaurants. The final sealing protects the surface from wear, stains and moisture.
Will there be joints between rooms?
No. The floor runs from room to room without joints or transition strips. Only the building's structural (expansion) joints are kept, if there are any.
What is the difference between a smooth and a textured finish?
Only the look: the smooth finish is clean and minimal, while the textured one has a more pronounced, natural structure. The price is the same.
Is there a discount for large areas?
Yes. For walls and floors: −5% over 50 m², −10% over 100 m² and −15% over 200 m². The calculator applies it automatically.
